The Hotel CasaDei has been decorated for year 2010 with the "Italian Hospitality" Quality brand
A prestigious acknowledgment for the qualitative standard found in our Hotel.
The Italian Hospitality brand is a certification promoted by IS.NA.R.T. - National Tourist Researches Institute and from the Chambers of Commerce, in order to stimulate the offer of quality in Italy.
The enterprises that achieve this acknowledgment have chosen the quality as objective to pursue and, every year, they decide to bring themselves into question, undergoing themselves under evaluation, from an external staff in unknown and without prior notice.
These evaluations are made following these 10 requirements: Access and Aspect of the Hotel - Parking - Reception - common Hall and Areas - Rooms - bathrooms - Bar and Restaurant - Breakfast – recreational/Congressional offer – Eco compatible Approach.
The evaluations are submitted to the Provincial Commission, composed by representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, ISNART experts, the category and consumers associations, that deliberate the release of the certification Italian Hospitality.
Nevertheless many visited and analyzed enterprises have had good or sufficient voting, only those who have obtained a high score are allowed to expose the "Italian hospitality" logo , because this brand is assigned only to the enterprises that have an excellent offer. The Italian Hospitality brand therefore supplies the customers with an objective evaluation of offered service level and represents a guarantee for the shopkeepers and also for the tourists: visibility, clarity of image, quality guarantee, choice facility, sharing of the values system between who offers and who buys.
All the enterprises re-united under the same logo " Italian hospitality” allow us to communicate to the potential customer, all the efforts of these enterprises towards the quality and, this choice (and with it the concept of the care of the host) represents an opportunity and a challenge for the entire Italian tourist system.
