Hotel in Fano? We present the CasaDei hotel, in the Marche region, the best 3-star hotel with a beach that you can choose. Among the hotels in Fano, the Hotel CasaDei prides itself on being one of the most; appreciated 3-star hotels in the Marches for hospitality, services and location (practically one of the few hotels overlooking the sea in Fano).
This autumn, let yourself be carried away by a unique fusion of cinematic art and coastal beauty: from October 21 to 25, 2025, Fano comes alive with the big screen thanks to the 37th edition of the Fano International Film Festival. An event that confirms our city as a crossroads of talents, emerging visions, and international artistic dialogue, all set against the charm of a Blue Flag 2025 coastline. And if you’re looking for the perfect place to experience this with style and comfort, Hotel CasaDei, directly overlooking the sea, is the ideal stage to combine love for beauty, culture, and relaxation.
The Fano International Film Festival has long been much more than just a film showcase. Since 1987 it has become a landmark for filmmakers, professionals, and the specialized press. With its ability to connect the Marche region to the national and international artistic scene, the festival aims to promote young authors who can express contemporary sensibilities and original languages. A true showcase where independent auteur cinema finds space to emerge, meet audiences and critics, and intertwine with the urban and cultural fabric of Fano. The festival is not just screens and screenings: it is also a place for discussion, seminars, side events, presentations, and exhibitions that transform the city into a cultural laboratory.
The 2025 edition opens on Tuesday, October 21 at 9:15 PM with a must-see event: the national premiere of the short film KAIRE! (Rejoice), directed by Emanuele Giorgi, an actor and director from Fano long active between Italy and France. A powerful gesture: giving space to an author closely tied to the territory from the very beginning. Right after the inauguration, the evening comes alive with an international selection of animated shorts ranging from Italy to the United States, from Spain to Belgium, and to France. Titles such as The Puppet and the Whale, Someone Special, Bright, Silent Panorama, Lights, and many more offer a kaleidoscope of styles and visions, the perfect opening ticket to the festival.
In the following days, screenings unfold in thematic sections: Wednesday 22 is dedicated to Italian cinema, Thursday 23 explores the international scene, Friday 24 is devoted to shorts from the CSC – National Film School of Rome, and Saturday 25 concludes with the highlight of the afternoon gala, the awards ceremony, screenings of the winners, and the most anticipated titles. On the final day, awards will be presented for Best Italian Film, Best Foreign Film, Best Animation, Best Soundtrack, Best Actor (with Vincent Cassel for Le Colisée), and Best Marche Film (Caramella by Valerio Narcisi), among other important recognitions.
Part of the festival’s charm lies in the fusion between the cultural event and the beauty of the city. Fano, one of the Blue Flag 2025 destinations, offers golden beaches, glimpses of history, monuments, and a vibrant urban fabric that welcomes cinema as part of its identity. The Fano Film Festival is thus not only an opportunity to watch great cinema but also to experience the region, breathe its flavors, landscapes, and genuine hospitality. Hotel CasaDei is open from April to September but can already be your reference point for planning next year’s stay: combine a love for beauty with the desire to discover the Marche at your own pace, choosing the festival dates as the centerpiece of your experience. It will be the perfect occasion to merge the pleasure of art with that of the Marche, in a city with a stunning sea and a vibrant cultural soul. We look forward to welcoming you with enthusiasm!
