For the first time, the Corte Malatestiana becomes the stage for theatrical performances, while the Radicioni Garden hosts graphic novels and comics in a relaxed and bohemian atmosphere. The Cloister of San Paterniano opens its doors to a new section dedicated to religious publishing, and the Passaggi Libri e Caffè bookshop—with its art exhibition—offers a space where you can leaf through books and thoughts over an espresso and a chat. It’s the city becoming a book, welcoming readers and authors in its most charming corners.
Some places have become part of the soul of the festival. Piazza XX Settembre remains its beating heart, the natural stage for leading nonfiction authors. Just a few steps away, the Pincio gives voice to new generations with the “Music & Social” program, where words meet music and social media become tools for critical thinking. The Montanari Media Library continues to inspire children with books and workshops, while the Bastione Sangallo—a true terrace of emotions—hosts the “Mind Body Soul” program, perfect for those seeking a balance between reading and introspection.
