Where does “Sapori e Aromi d’Autunno” take place in Fano?

The Codma in Rosciano, the beating heart of Marche’s agri-food sector, will once again host this event in 2025—a showcase that has highlighted typical regional products for over thirty years. First launched in 1988, the festival has always focused on product quality, offering basic guidelines for healthy eating and conscious consumption, promoting food culture and, not least, the local economy. What’s the program for Sapori e Aromi d’Autunno 2025?

The event will be held over two Sundays—November 16 and 23—featuring a series of unmissable appointments:

• Market exhibition: over 100 local companies will present their typical products, offering a broad overview of Marche’s gastronomic excellence.
• Themed tastings: space for revisited traditional dishes and new culinary proposals, in a continuous exchange between innovation and tradition.
• Competitions and awards: the Gran Galà dell’Olio and the “L’Oro di Casa” contest will celebrate the best extra-virgin olive oils, symbols of regional agricultural quality.
• Cultural and recreational activities: art exhibitions, conferences, and entertainment for all ages will enrich the program, making it an opportunity for cultural as well as gastronomic growth.
